Development Director
Believe Big is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Development Director to join our leadership team. This full-time role is a unique opportunity to help expand a growing nonprofit that is transforming the cancer journey by bridging conventional and complementary care—grounded in faith, compassion, integrity, and teamwork.
The Development Director will lead Believe Big’s fundraising strategy, steward key donor relationships, and build the infrastructure needed to support long-term growth. Working closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and staff, this role is ideal for a strategic fundraiser who is energized by relationship-building, aligned with holistic wellness, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of those affected by cancer.

Events & Office Administrator
Location: Hunt Valley, MD office
The Events & Office Administrator is a dynamic, mission-driven role combining event planning and execution with office administration and operational support. This position plays a vital role in creating meaningful, well-executed events while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, people-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about Believe Big’s mission.
This role supports fundraising, donor and community engagement, volunteer coordination, and internal operations—serving as a welcoming and professional presence for patients, donors, volunteers, and partners.
